The firm has built more than 1,000,000 square feet of educational, office, medical, and industrial properties. As president of ARER Mike is responsible for all company activities including development conceptual design, client negotiations, finance, sales, marketing, contractor relationships, and property management. In Arizona, Ruiz has completed a number of large construction projects for education, general office, aviation, healthcare, and banking. In total, he has developed more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space. His primary focus is to partner with educational institutions to develop cutting-edge learning centers. Ruiz helps educators better control their bottom lines by building equity in the spaces they inhabit and working with them to plan for future growth and expansion.
Ann Seibert is responsible for managing the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of ARER. She brings to the team 19 years of marketing experience.
